Heritage Open Days, sponsored by English Heritage at St Helen and the Holy Cross, Sheriff Hutton

Saturday September 11th 2pm and Sunday September 12th at 2pm

Presentation of the “English Parish Church through the Centuries”, an interactive DVD produced by Christianity and Culture, University of York and St John’s College, Nottingham.

This will be part of the opportunity for visitors, including those villagers who would like to know more about our Grade 1 Norman Church, to tour the church with Churchwardens on hand to answer questions. There will be refreshments available.

The church will be open all day Saturday and after the Sunday service which finishes at 10.30am.
