6 Million + at Ripon Cathedral

Wednesday, 13th January - Saturday, 20th February 2010

An installation to commemorate the industrial scale of the Holocaust and more recent genocides, reated by Kirklees Museums & Galleries working in partnership with artist Antonia Stowe

Kirklees schools and colleges, together with members of the public from West Yorkshire and beyond donated over 6 million buttons to this powerful installation. In 2010 children and young people from Bradford, Leeds, North Yorkshire and Middlesbrough will be contributing to the work.
