Employment Policies and Procedures
All Diocesan employees (lay or ordained) must follow the current employment policies and procedures. It is your responsibility to ensure that, along with your contract of employment and letter of appointment, you have read and understood the contents of the employee staff handbook and any subsequent amendments to these documents. If there is anything you do not understand or require further clarification on, please speak to your line manager or the Diocesan Secretary.
The policies detailed in the staff handbook are currently being reviewed, and will therefore be subject to amendments and additions. Copies of reviewed policies will be added to this page for ease of reference as they are introduced. They will also be distributed to all employees and should be retained in your handbook for ease of reference.
