Terry is responsible for providing encouragement, resource and training in support of clergy continuing ministerial development in parishes, deaneries and, where appropriate, chaplaincies across the diocese. This includes the ‘Fit for Post’ programme and involvement on the York Leadership Programme. Also, as Training Adviser for the York Archdeaconry, he works to provide the appropriate skills and support to enable the laity and clergy in Christian mission and ministry. He also has responsibility for the curates on the IME4-7 programme in the Archdeaconry.
