Rachel is the York archdeaconry training and parish development adviser, and is available to parishes to help resource them for mission and ministry in a number of ways. In addition she puts on a number of training and resource events on a variety of topics which are open to everyone. She has responsibility for the curates on the IME4-7 programme in York archdeaconry.
The other main aspect of my role is a diocesan brief for clergy CME which includes training for First Incumbents, working on the York Leadership Programme and looking at other ways to resource clergy most effectively.Lynn Comer
