Part of the work of the PCC is to ensure that the parish budget is set, and the money spent wisely. These documents below give advice on ways to work on the parish budget.
The Parish Resources website has good information on the preparation of your annual report and accounts here, electronic copies of all the forms required to run an Annual General Meeting here, and information on the requirement to register PCCs with an income of over £100K as a charity here. There is also information on how to save money on buying utilities etc.
