Marriage of persons subject to immigration control
On 12 April 2011 the House of Bishops issued advice to clergy concerning the marriage of persons subject to immigration control.

The guidelines already issued by the Chancellor of the Diocese of York, and in force since 2007, are consonant with the House of Bishops’ latest advice.
